Black Bean Sauce
Today, I tried out black bean sauce recipe which is published from Thermomix Malaysia cookbook. Here is the result:
I used it to steam fish. It taste good. However, I prefer sauce that is thicker and less sweet and I will tweak the recipe next time when I make it. Here is going to be the refined recipe:
Ingredients
- 50g garlic
- 10g ginger
- 30g dried black bean
- 50g cooking oil
- 30g sugar
- 70g light soy bean sauce
- 50g water
Instructions

3) Add sugar, light soy bean sauce and water through TM lid. (MC in incline position). In the last 2 mins, Add a bit of corn flour mixed with water to thicken the sauce. | Yes | 10 min | 100c | 1 |
