Mango, Banana and Strawberry Smoothies
See what I made today? Mango, Banana and Strawberry smoothies! The weather has been warm today after heavy downpour yesterday.. so I made kids a healthy snacks with Mango, Banana and Strawberry.. Needless to say, my kids finished all and ask for more. If you have kids, make this for them, they will definitely like it!
- 200 g mangos, cut into pieces, frozen
- 200 g milk, frozen as ice cubes
- 100 g banana
- 100 g strawberries
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl to blend. Gradually increase speed from 0-10 for 40 sec.
Preparation time: 5 minute(s)
Number of servings (yield): 4 cups
Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, add a fun straw, and call in the kids!
You can also freeze milk in pre-portioned ice cube trays. So it is easier to remove the milk from the tray and place it into TM bowl to blend.
