Airfried Pomfret Fish With Buffalo Airfryer

Simple dish for lunch today.

Gut and scale pomfret, rinse and wipe it dry, cut 3 slits on both sides. Sprinkle a little salt, corn flour on both sides. Place some sliced gingers onto the fish. Coat the fish with some oil as well.

“I’m using Buffalo Smart Air Fryer 10L Stainless Steel Inner Pot to air fry the pomfrets.”

Add and spread 1 tbsp of oil on 10L Stainless Steel Inner Pot. Place pomfret on it, drizzle 1 tbsp of oil on pomfret , flip to another side, drizzle 1 tbsp of oil.

Select “Fry” 230 degree for 20 minutes.

After frying for 12 minutes. Flip pomfrets to another side. Continue to Fry at 230 degree for another 8 minutes.

Done in 20 mins! Total air frying time 20 minutes. Skin is brown, almost but not totally crispy.

You can air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes to achieve crispy skin.

No messy oil to handle after this.

Tips: Air Frying time will depend on the size of your fish and how crispy you want it to be.

You can serve the fish with rice or simply turn it into sweet and sour fish! I am sure your kids would love it.
