Beer Braised Pork Belly

 

啤酒滷三層
Beer Braised Pork Belly

材料 Ingredients:
三層肉 。。。。。600g ~ 800g
蔥 Scallion 。。。。。。。1颗
薑 Ginger 。。。。。。。4片 pcs
辣椒 Chili 。。。。。。1根(我用3条小辣椒 I used 3 chili padi)

調味料 Seasonings:
醬油 Soy sauce 。。。。。。。5大匙 tbsp
醬油膏 Soy sauce paste 。。。。。。3大匙 tbsp
啤酒(易開罐) Beer 。。。。2罐 tins
紹興酒 Shao Xing wine 。。。。。。2分之一碗 half bowl
冰糖 Sugar 。。。。。。。1.5大匙 tbsp
八角 Anise。。。。。。。2个 pcs
月桂葉Bay leaves 。。。。。。2片 pcs
丁香Clove 。。。。。。。 ½ 小匙 tsp
水 Water 。。。。。。。。適量 right amount

步驟 Method:
1) 三層肉先入鍋煎香(辛香料可在旁邊煸香)
Pork belly fry until fragrant (spices can stir incense at the side)

2) 加入醬油,醬油膏,冰糖,啤酒,香料類,開火煮滾,再入適量水滷煮約40-50分鐘(請依自己喜歡口感調整時間)
Add seasonings and boil with high temperature, and then add water and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes (adjust time according to own taste)

3) 收汁後..可再浸泡2小時會比較入味(稍涼些也比較好切片)切片後淋上滷汁
Stay the pork belly in the pot to absorb the gravy, it will be more tasty (pork belly more easy to cut after cool down), pork belly cut to slices and pour gravy on top.
