Braised Pork Ribs Using Thermomix2014-08-31

1) Marinate the pork with soy sauce and oyster sauce for at least 30 mins in the refrigerator.
2) In the TMX bowl place the cooking oil and powdered sugar and cook for 3min Varoma Speed 1
3) Add meat and spring onions cook on varoma for 6 mins on speed Stir and reverse.
4) Add the cooking wine.Cook for 22 mins on Varoma heat, speed stir and Reverse.
The portion can serve about 3-4 persons. Adjust the quantity if you like to cook for larger portion. If you cook a large batch of ribs, store some in the freezer. Every time when you don’t have a main dish for dinner, or want something yummy to go with healthy rice, or need to fill up a lunch box, pull some ribs out of freezer, heat it up and here you go!
