咖喱叶是一种常用的香料,芬香又健康。咖喱叶含氧化维他命,能够降低胆固醇,维护心脏正常功能。这是一道非常简易烹饪和芬香的一道餸。。。

Ingredients

  • 300g Pork (belly or shoulder) or chicken (cut into bite size)
  • 1 stalk Lemon grass (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp Curry leaves
  • 1 Chilli padi (optional) (chopped or whole)
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger slices
  • 2 sprigs Spring onion (cut into 2 inches long)
  • 2 sprigs Chinese parsley stems (use the leaves for garnishing)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 shallots (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 材料: 花腩肉或梅肉(300克)或 鸡肉
  • 香茅(切粒)1支
  • 咖喱叶 3汤匙
  • 指天椒(1 条)
  • 姜片 1/2汤匙
  • 青葱(切断)2棵
  • 芫茜(切断)2 棵
  • 蒜瓣 (剁茸) 2 瓣
  • 小葱 (剁茸)2粒
  • 粟粉 1汤匙

Method

Step 1

1. Marinate meat with 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 tbsp dark sauce (optional), dash of pepper, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 tsp salt (optional), 1 tbsp ginger juice, 1/4 tsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp corn flour, for at least 1 hour.

Step 2

2. Chop garlic and shallots. Sauté all the ingredients (lemon grass, ginger, coriander (optional), 2 stalks spring onions (cut into 2 inches) , chilli padi (optional), curry leaves) as per picture.

Step 3

3. Add meat and fry for 10-13 min until sauce thickens, Veroma, speed spoon - 1, reverse. Adjust the taste according to your preference when it's done to add more salt or sugar and cook for another 1 to 2 min.

Step 4

醃料:酱油 2汤匙,黑酱油 少许,胡椒粉 少许,麻油 1/2汤匙,盐 少许, 姜汁 1汤匙, 糖 少许, 粟粉 1/2汤匙。 1. 把肉醃至少1小时。

Step 5

2. 爆香蒜瓣和小葱,加入其他的材料(图片),Veroma, 2分钟,speed spoon, reverse

Step 6

3.加入醃好的肉炒,Veroma, 10-13分钟,speed spoon 至 1, reverse, 至汁干浓稠。可尝味便加糖或盐,再煮1至2分钟。放上芫茜即可享用。
