Double Choc Muffins 巧克力松饼

My maiden attempt in making muffins. My children craved for muffins this afternoon and all I could find in the fridge that can be used for muffins were chocolate bars and yet I managed to whip up these yummy (yet simple) muffins…and my kids just loved it! That’s why only two muffins are featured here cos the other two were gone before i even managed to take a photo…



  • 130g self raising flour
  • 130g fresh milk
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 60g unsalted butter (soft, cut into pieces)
  • 1 egg
  • 5g cream of tartar
  • pinch of salt
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 30g white chocolate bar (room temperature)
  • 30g chocolate bar (room temperature)
  • 材料:
  • 130克 自发面粉
  • 130克 鲜奶
  • 30克 黄糖
  • 60克 无盐牛油(软化,切成块状)
  • 1粒 鸡蛋
  • 5克 塔塔粉
  • 1 小撮盐
  • 10克 可可粉
  • 30克 白巧克力 (室温)
  • 30克 巧克力 (室温)



Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 180 deg Celcius.

Step 2

2. Place all ingredients into TM bowl to mix, 1 min, speed 0 - 5.

Step 3

3. Spoon mixture into greased muffin trays (I used muffin cups), filling each cup to about 3/4 full.

Step 4

4. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown or until skewer comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

1. 预热烤箱 180度 Celcius。

2. 将所有材料放入主锅搅拌。

Step 8

3. 倒入已涂油的松饼烤盘(我用松饼纸杯),至3/4满。

Step 9

4. 放进烤箱烘20至25分钟或直到竹签不沾黏。取出后待冷再享用。
