What is the right speed and temperature for cooking rice and steaming at one go?
Today, I was in the rush and decided to do something simple. I cooked rice and steamed Taufu with meat at one go. I set the temperature to 100c and speed with the spoon sign. However, was a little unhappy to find out that the steamed dish was not cooked fully.
Here is how it looked like:
Upon checking with other Thermomix users, for cooking rice and steaming at veroma, the speed to should be set to 4 and temperature to be set to Varoma.
Hope this article will help some of the Thermomix beginners to avoid the simple mistake that I did!
